- All orders are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses from various locations across India. Our endeavour is to deliver the order within a reasonable period varying from 3-4 days from receipt of order and completion of successful payment, and confirmation for COD orders.
- Order deliveries will be made by third party courier and logistics companies usually between 10:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Saturday.
- Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders above Rs.10,000.
- Order received needs to be acknowledged upon delivery at the given address. We take no responsibility for the acknowledgment given by any alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address mentioned while placing the order.
- Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. In case of any issue in the delivery address, please get in touch with our customer care team as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for damage of products once the products have been delivered. Incase of any concern, please contact customer service within a day of delivery through the contact us page on the website.
